A: The paperwork completion process can take up to 7-10 business days but is usually completed sooner than this.

A: You will receive your preceptor's resume, license information, and board certification with your paperwork.

A: If for some reason your school rejects the preceptor, we will find you an alternative site (if available) or provide you with a refund.

A: If Preceptor Nest does not receive confirmation from the university within 7 business days after you submit your paperwork, they will automatically receive 5% of the stated payment.

A: Preceptor Nest student coordinator will provide you with the contact information of your preceptor/site for scheduling.

A: Yes, if you enjoyed your preceptor and clinical rotation, you can leave them a review on your Request Dashboard once your rotation has ended.

A: Yes, when you're ready to book your next preceptor or begin another clinical rotation, let Preceptor Nest know so they can recommend a preceptor again that works best for you.
