Payment Option 1

Preceptor Reservation Fee: $X (Amount to be determined by PreceptorNest)

• This fee is payable upfront to reserve the preceptor's services for your desired period.

Payment Option 2

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total amount is required upfront to secure your preceptor.

• The deposit amount will be calculated based on the total cost of the preceptorship services.

Processing Fee

PreceptorNest has successfully secured a preceptor for you, regardless of whether the preceptor is approved or denied by your university for any reason, a processing fee will be applicable. This fee helps cover administrative costs and efforts involved in arranging the preceptorship. Here are the details:

 Processing Fee: $150

• The processing fee must be paid upfront upon confirmation of preceptor availability.

Rush Fee

Here are the details of the Rush Booking Fee:

1. Fee Amount: An additional $200 will be charged for rush bookings.

   • This fee is in addition to the total preceptorship fee and is applicable to Payment Option 2.

2. Payment Method:

   • The Rush Booking Fee can be paid using the same payment method chosen for the preceptorship fee. The specific payment options available will be provided during the payment process.

3. Payment Schedule:

   • The Rush Booking Fee should be paid in full at the time of confirming the rush booking request, along with the preceptorship fee.

Payment Method 1

Closed digital wallets allow users to make payments through an app or website. You can book and pay with Square, Zelle or Venmo.

Payment Method 2

• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. The specific payment options available will be provided during the payment process.
